Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
- Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: 1–3 business days
- Other Emirates: 2–5 business days
- Delivery times may vary during public holidays, sales events, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if provided).
Delivery Issues
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information are correct. Prime Choice UAE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer information.
Damaged or Missing Items

Return Eligibility

- The item is returned in its original packaging.

- The product is not listed under non-returnable items.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refund Process

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Prime Choice UAE will cover the return shipping cost.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
